sea of green question

ok, I was having issues with my roots getting to big and clogging drains, so someone suggested i do a SOG. i did this with 10 plants and went just about 9 weeks from putting the clones in the system until harvest. This did fix my drain problem, but I wasn't very happy with the yield, I got about 10g per plant dried. Does this seem low, or is that about what I shoud expect. I have 1 600w HPS light.

I have the 36 site aerojet and the strain was 91 og

Growing in a 5x5 tent

Next run grow out 36 STRONG and HEALTHY clones. Just veg long enough to give them a good start, maybe a week. Then defoliate all the fan leaves and veg for another day or 2 then switch to 12/12. If grown right with a decent strain you should yield close to a pound if not more. He grow 112 clones that were defoliated b4 flower and the results were amazing, good read for inspiration.

yea 10gs a plant is low an og should be somewhat sativa so youll get the streatch need to get big colas. i was doing a 1400 was sog that i got about 15 oz off of 20 plants an i feel thats low. thundercat on here does a white widow sog an get about 30gs a plant. but yeah u need to veg at least a week before u put in to flower. also lollipoping is a good idea (defoilate basicly)

Yea I do 36 in a 3x3 tray,coco beds...transplant clones,and water every other day,hit 13 ozs of solid bud with bluedream...I'm sure with a few day veg after transplanting and watering every day I could hit a pound easily!

you should be pulling 20 ish ounces even 12-12 from seed............you need to veg clones a little......

Im just coming to the end of my sog grow. Iv done 17 cheese in 15litre pots under 2 600w hps. Im thinkin of dropping this down to 10 next time round but stil using both lights. Why dont you add another 600w hps to your grow im sure it will increase your yield. Im hanging for fry today so not sure what iv pulled off the 17 yet but il be happy with about 30oz.
