ok so can someone explain the benefits of a sealed grow to me and also would it be a good idea for me to do. I have a spare bedroom and in order for me to do this. From what I’m understanding I need to caulk all holes check window frame seal everything and not allow air to escape and then exhaust the air? Somewher? Should I not expect fresh air intake sorry I’m a newb to this so just take it easy I’m all open ears

At the basic level. For a bedroom, all you need to do is install a Window AC, close and seal around the door as best you can, tape over any existing AC vents, and you have a sealed room. The window AC recirculates the air in the room. Most use a fan/filter in the room to scrub odors. No venting or exhausting. Then you have to control and maintain temp/humidity. Ready for Co2.

If you're using a window ac the room isn't sealed. You need to run a mini spit. If you want to vent and exhaust you can run a lung room in between the veg and flower room.
