Second go at growing. Featuring G.W.S, Mazar, and some Misc. Seeds from Seedboutique

So here we go again, with a bit more knowledge under my belt I am growing 5 G.W.S, 3 MAzar, and 6 other Misc seeds from Seed Boutique.

Currently they are a week old, under CFL's.

Vegetative:
Soil: Fox Farm Ocean Forest
lights: CFL's & 400 Watt MH
Nutrients: Fox Farm Grow Big
Pot sizes: Solo cup, 12Q pot, 1Gal

Going to start fans on them next week, adding more CFL's as neccesary. Waiting at least another 2 weeks before introducing them to nutes.

Anyone have some tips on either the G.W.S or the Mazar? Mazar is 2nd Gen. btw.

I got mazar goin a few weeks from harvest right now....very nice strain....

Good to hear. How big are you girls?

I let em veg longer than I wanted to and ended up with almost 4 footers.....If your into hash....Milk of Mazar....known for its hash...

How long did you let them Vege for? my last grow i had one that was 6 ft tall.... and the other one nearly 5 ft ;p

Since then I am sticking to purely Indicas...

Just an update, addede some more CFL's and a fan.


Still looking for some nice tips especially on the G.W.S, would be greatly appreciated.

Transplanted the freebie seeds into their own cups yesterday, not expecting to get much outta them but will take anything they give me.. wish i would've kept the strand names.. know one is super skunk, the other is JAck's special.... and i think the last one was a haze... Fucking stoner.

yoooo...nice start so far....I been growing the mazar now about two years and love it......Distinct taste, smelll, and high...... Quite the yield too u can get..... If ud like some pics of my girls let me know.... I got mazar at 5 weeks now.....keep it going good luck....

Yeah dude that'd be great, can you also send me pix of about a month into vege and also 1.5 months into veg? Trying to get an idea when i want to flower them

MAZAR is fucking awesome!! If you have the room they will become GIANTS!! I have grown Mazar females over 7 feet tall that have yielded over a pound from one plant, no BS. If you wait until she's really ripe, the bud will be covered with yellow/orange pistils that will turn RED after drying. Your dried bud will look like it's on fire!!

Looking forward to the fuego nugs. I am growing with a 400Watt MH / HPS light and as many CFL's as i need... I don't want 14 7fters.. I just want some average sized plants LST'd etc etc. Not trying to let them take over the room just yet.. need to move into my own house so I don't have to worry about popping any breakers or anything.. A dude couple houses down I guess was growing and got busted for popping his neighbors breaker. atm I just don't have the light... can you show me a pic of your girl?

These are pics of the last Mazar I grew over a year ago. She was a beauty. Second pic is the main top cola. The beam that it's next to is a 2'X10". It was over 24" long and like 7" in diameter at the bottom. Fuckin' crazy! Third pic is like I said before, the pistils turn red when it's done drying. Definitely one of the best strains out there today if you ask me. Potent too! Wish I still had some of her around right now! Best of luck with yours!

Thanks for the +rep guys. Yeah, I tend to get a little carried away watchin' them grow. The branches were so heavy on her I had to tie them up with wire, and the top cola weighed in around 4.5 oz. DRY! You should have no problem harvesting some nice bud off of a Mazar plant. Mine usually grew about another third of the overall height during flowering, so if I flowered at 2 feet she would end up at three feet+. I let that last one grow to five feet before flowering and she ended up at 7.5 feet. Next time I will prolly top it because that main stalk shoots up like crazy and ended up to close to the light. I had to tie her off to the side to keep the top from burning up. They don't like a lot of food either, so I would feed it every third watering, and with a conservative dose. Once again, best of luck with your grow and give me a shout if you think there's anything else I can help with.

awesome bro thanks for the heads up on the feeding, going with FF soil and Nutes so i'll be feeding on their schedule. of course starting 1/4 nutes first etc etc.. i'm looking to vege to 12-18 inches before i put into flower, i got 14 plants trying to fit under a single 400 and cfl's... going to be a tight fit but i think i can handle it. You asound like me I was letting my other plants vege to 48 inches before i flowered... Won't do that again until I get my own area going where i can S.O.G

Grea White Shark, anyone? the yield is supposed to be insane and the smoke is sposed to be phenomenal as well.. surprised by the lack of help to be honest...
