Second grow - how much should I water my seedlings? (PICS)

Hey everyone! Just had a few quick questions if anyone knows advice would be appreciated! My little seedlings are in their 16th day of life since sprouting, I was wondering how much/often to water them while they are in 16 OZ cups? I have been using a spray bottle daily to mist soil and have been giving them 3 OZ's of water in a measuring shot glass every other day. They are starting to get bigger quickly so they probably want more water I just don't know how much is to much....I also was planning on transplanting them straight into 5 gallon containers (my first grow I had to transplant twice and I just want to do it once this time no messing around/no stress to the plants) but I don't know when I should do it this time, I was thinking when they hit 5 inches possibly? If anyone has a better idea please let me know and happy growing!

Put them in the 5s now. I'll be posting pics son when I deleaf these 2 indicas for pics the days I chop them. To show you need to leave all the fan leaves on (Lesson 1) and that the malarkey about roots needing to touch anything is just that - malarkey. What a load of hooey and unneeded work to plant in progressively larger containers. See my signature for my standard advice.

I nested 1 18-gallon tub inside another with props beneath. The inner I drilled like hell. Looks like a frigging sieve. I filled the very bottoms with tree bark mulch from a mill here and then mix FF OF with it in a shallow mix zone then some FF OF.

That was this Spring. Now I use Premier Tech BX. 60# compressed block at Wally World. 75% peat with vermiculite etc.

This is a Super Silver Haze that is topped multiple times then braided and laid over. Planted as a seedling like yours in that 18-gallon so I could fit 6 plants in 18s under a single 1000 and she is budding like mad. She has about 7 more weeks looks like. Her leaves are droopy and curled because the frigging power had been off for 16 hours and, in fact, just came back on a couple hours ago. Window open for light and the wind 60 MPH. Was 90MPH last night. 70 trees down at my landlords. Life in Alaska.

Snip small holes in the bottom of your cup to begin to allow extra water to run off. Wait until the soil is almost dry to water them

How much did you water the first round? what were your results?
The first crop I did I only misted plants soil with spray bottle on a day to day basis and I know now I should have been actually watering them a lot more lol but I did end up with great results last go round just misting soil daily
