This happened on Friday (07/17) night and Sunday (07/19) night I covered the whole thing (seed and taproot) with moist coco and put a clear cup over it to raise humidity a bit and praying for the best. Should I have done this?

It was planted directly in coco +perl mix about 1/4" deep but maybe i didn't tap the soil on top of it when i moistened it and the taproot just pushed it way out eventually. The taproot seems to be pointing down like I would expect and others have told me to cover it with moist medium and it'll figure itself out.

I would keep the dome on a couple days I'm a fan of it some arent. As far as the light dim it if you can lol deffintly leave it on
Appreciate the help. You've saved me about 10 future panic attacks lol. I'll try to learn patience. I thought I had patience but that is already proving to be false lol.

@CAPTAIN EFFIN FALCO Thanks for the advice earlier this week. Sprouted about 32 hours after I buried. I removed the cup/dome since the humidity in my tent is avg 55%. Watered a bit with 8 oz of pH 6.5 since I'm in coco +perl using organic dry amendments and pre-amended when putting the soil in the 5 gallon pot. Made sure to water only about 3-5 from the base of the plant since I'm in such a big pot.
