Seed posistion

]Ok guys have a quick question. in my past grows i have germinated my seeds in jiffy grow's pellets. wet the pellet and then sew the seed. this time i am doing things a little different. I started to germinate in a paper towel. the tap root is starting to show and was wondering which way was "down"

I have attached a pic with two arrows and wanted to see which way they need to go into there new home.

So if you can take a look at the arrows and tell me weither or not the top or bottom arrow needs to face down
