400 seeds and not one grew..lol never heard of that...get some purified water in a cup.pour your seeds in there.stick it in a warm dark place.kitchen cabinet works. make sure the water dont dry up..after 7-10 days..most of the seeds will crack open..then using a spoon or something..stick each one,in the dirt..stick a light on top.they will grow.

i too used to have problems germinating....first off bagseed is crap as u know ne ways...i soak seeds for 20 hrs in room temp water, then i take a papertowel and get it wet( i like to find ones with thirst pockets...basically just raised designs...)so i take 2 wet paper towels and double them over so that it is 2 ply on each side, i then fold them over with the seeds in between and then put a foam plate on the top so its like a dome i then put them in my furnace room and usually they sprout overnight...yep yep..it takes 5 days at most to germ i germinated seeds 3 days ago about 100 and 90 are rooted out of the seed
