Seedling has yellow leaves !:( please help

Currently have four 4 days old seedlings under 600 HPS and have an exhaust sucking air from the fixture so the room stays at a temperature of 80 F.
The largest seedling's leafs started turning yellow. I read that it might be because i was misting them or over watering them so now I'm keeping an eye on the soil making sure its just moist .
Also lifted the light 4 inches higher so now the light are 22 inches from the seedlings.
Could it be nitrogen deficiency?
Could somebody please help me and yes this is my first grow .
Also , made a mistake and planted them in fertilized potting soil so could it be nutrient burn.

stop watering, it will bounce back. Try not to obsess about everything. I usually for like 4 or 5 days between watering seedlings.

yes stop watering them and if you are feeding, stop giving them nutes. Wait until the soil is dried out, and i mean dry, before you water again
