Seedling Issue

Hey guys,

I'm struggling to diagnose this issue. At first I thought it might be over-watering, but a new batch of seedlings also showing signs of going this way and they were not over-watered. Growth slowed and then stopped all together. Photos are about 14 days since transplant after successful germination in rockwool. I have uprooted a seedling that was too far gone, to check the roots, and there are no visible signs of rot. White fluffy roots.

They were given a weak seedling nute mix after germination (GH Flora Series) - 1/3 strength
Medium: Coco/Perlite (10l pots) - a bit big for seedlings but I haven't had issues in the past
Temp: 26C
Humidity: 60%RH
Lighting: Broad spectrum LED 3ft above canopy. (doesn't look like light issue)

Any ideas?

14 day old plants need to be fed when being grown in coco...one feed is not enough. I'd also be sure you rinsed / buffered your coco before you used it. Sometimes dirty coco will not cooperate as we'd like it to. Also, be sure of your pH. Good luck.
