Seedling not growing... Fuck me!!!!

Ok my seedlings are 1.5 months old and all but 1 is not growing good. All my seedlings got green healthy stems except the one not growing it has a brown stem. My other seedlings are in the 5th working on six node except that one.. It stayed on 3 nodes working on 4rth. All same strains all topped and took it well except for that stunt looking seedling. I gave them a dose of earth juice grow earlier.. Cant be my lights, its summer and im using the best HPS in the world, the sun lol wats wrong with my seedling?

I gotta ask ... have you ruled out heat?

The stunt seedling has no keaf curls, it perks still when its sunny, i just dont understand that slow ass growth

Some plants dont recover as well from topping as others. I'm curious if maybe the topping has something to do with your problem.

They are outside in a 1 gallon pots outdoor

I think it did it was a week and a half ago

i ask you if you ruled out heat and you tell me the pot size ...

what state?

better yet dont tell me the state , just tell me the weather you have been getting outside.

could also be genetics, not all seeds grow uniformly

that's correct. it could be a certain phenotype. different genetics different growth. Any way you could post a picture of the healthy ones and the slow one? Was the slow one slow from the start or it only started dying down when you topped them?
