Seedling Problems

Not going to panic yet, but as I just switch my first round of girls into flower, I noticed some yellowing on my new round of seedlings. I tried a local growers soil mix that's roughly 20%perlite, 20%Roots organic potting soil, 5% added EWC and the other 55% is a soil from local greenhouse. The seedlings started under a few CFL's until they broke the surface, when I switched to 3 - 2bulb T8s. Out of the 6 total bulbs, I have 2 - 6500k, 2 - 5000k, and 2 - 3000k lights patterned out to try and have a wider spectrum.

The issue I have ran into, which I never had when using straights Roots organic is some yellowing of the leaves. My first grow I had made the mistake of early nutes that burned my girls, but have been simply using water and soil at this point. I'm running a variety of strains currently but its occurring across multiple strains. The strains I'm growing include

2 Fast 2 Vast Autos
Lemon Cheesecake
Critical +
Cheese
Fruit Punch
Dream Machine
Incredible Bulk

All 3 of my Fruit Punch seem to be having the issue, but also am starting to notice it in the Dream Machine and 2 Fast 2 Vast as well.

Here are a few different pics of the issue/issues.

im thinking boron deficiency or ph fluctuations
Well the water ph is right around 6.5, however I'm not sure of the soil ph. If it were a boron deficiency, what would my options be to correct this? To my knowledge plants use a little amount of boron, but slightly too much can be very toxic for the plants which makes me nervous.

you can alway get a tablespoon of the run off water and ph it to see where your soil is, but i would flush shouldn't need to supplement boron its already naturally in alot of the products that you already use like soil and tap water idk if your using reverse osmosis water or not but that can also cause the problem with boron deficiency you want to definitely make sure that there is adequate moisture because plants absorb boron better in a moist environment humidifier will do that for you i had the same problem with one of my girls and i had to move her into a box with humidifier the air is too dry down here where i am sorry i coudnt be more help

i was doing some looking and reading it could also be a mag deficiency i cant speak on that one from experience but either way flush and your plant will tell you

Have you given them some CalMag?
I did give them a little dose of CalMag yesterday, but from what I am finding online seems that its possibly a manganese deficiency rather then magnesium? I read on multiple sources that magnesium deficiency usually starts from the outside of the leaf and works its way inward, where as manganese starts on the inside of the leave and yellows between veins of the leaves before eventually causing holes.

Does this sound right to anyone? What's the difference between Mg and Mn? Is there a fix for this? My main concern is that these seedlings are only 14 days from germination and are already showing signs of deficiency which makes me think this is going to be a long process.

Any input would be greatly appreciated!
