Seedling problems

Ok to start off I'm a newbie at growing. I am having some issues. I germinated 3 seeds (White Widow Ext. Reg from ams) on 2/25. Put seeds in wet paper towel with drinking water. Placed into a ziplock bag, on a plate and under another plate. Plates were sitting on a heating pad.
On 2/28 each seed planted in 8.5" circle pot with 8.5" depth.Coco used as medium and water with drinking water placed in 2x4 tent under 2x4 T5. Medium was about 16" from light.
On 3/2 two seeds sprouted.
On 3/3 the third seed sprouted.
On 3/4 light is sitting about 8" above sprouts with fan blowing between the plants and lights. Blower is on when lights are on and daytime temps are around 85F
On 3/6 water each plant (note: I didn't want to over water so I watered until medium was moist. Maybe I messed up there)
On 3/8 did the same as on 3/6
On 3/10 I watered each plant until run off. Runoff ph was at 6.5
On 3/11 I noticed one of the plants getting yellow on the leaves at the tips.
Today it is looking worse and on of the other ones are starting to do it.
Any help is appreciated

Thank you for the fast reply whitebb, Sorry I forgot to mention I think it was on 3/10 that I did raise the lights to 14" above top of sprout.

best to start seedlings in small containers that way you can control the moisture in a big container there are no roots to use the water so it gets water logged and the new roots won't grow into it. put them in smaller containers and using a soil just for seedlings.

I start in 5-7 gallon all the time. The earth is just one big pot.

For a new grower smaller containers would be easier maybe. When I use big pots I plant them and don't have to do anything for a few weeks.

Monitor them and see how they react.

Its possible over watering but I am leaning towards the light. Cut back on watering also.
