Seedling with 4 speared leaves begins to droop

All four leaves are drooping downwards (aren't curling in yet) so I thought it was dry (put my finger in the soil all the way down and couldn't feel wetness).

so, I watered it, but now it's drooping further (watered 2 hours ago)

give it time, you watered it maybe overwatered so for sure it will droop i say give it a day and see what happens
