Seedling with lime green leaves

I popped some seeds last week and so far they've been doing great. As soon as they broke the soil, I put them under two 64w t12 hoods for a day or two. Then I put them underneath my 600w MH. Ever since I've put them under the MH, they've been rocketing with growth.

So I have a TD in a 5 gal smart pot, a dark devil in a 3 gal smart pot, and northern lights auto in a 2.5 gal pot. The TD and northern lights look awesome, but the dark devil's true leaves are lime green, but the cotyledons are a nice dark green. I'm just looking for help as to what to do with the little girl to help her get better. They're in a mix that is about 65% FFOF, 35% perlite. Temps are steadily between 70 - 72F.

The first picture is the TD, the second is northern lights, and the third is the dark devil. Don't know why the pictures are coming out with a green hue, but it's the best I could get.

Everything's looking good so far! Seems as if the lime green is just the first leaf set still growing and pulling in nutrients/nitrogen from the cotyledons. So you should see those leaves "green-up" in a couple of days at the most. I'd just wait it out and see if they change on their own....I'm sure it's nothing.

Subbed and I'll be checking in on your grow from time to time!

That's a relief. It's my first grow, so I'm trying to get a routine down. Everything has been going great so far, I just didn't know what was up when I saw the lime green leaves on only on seedling.

Some strains have a darker army green and some have a lime green foliage. It's the genetics in each strain that make them different.

72 is just the temperature that my tent is at in the basement. It'll have to do for now I guess. Does it usually take a while for autos to grow upward when they're initially planted in their final containers? It just seems that other people have much bigger plants at 8 days. Usually seems too good to be true. Just curiosity though, I think my girls are growing just fine.

Why would I be running a green light? Like I said before, that's my camera. Don't know why it's doing that though. It must not like the MH light.

haha sorry man, I was being dumb.

I just finished some dark devil it's pretty sweet. She grew very slow in comparison with my other two plants. And her flowering "stretch" was late as well. I would just wait it out. I grew her in mid 80's temps under a combo of CFL and LED. She was small for a long time, but she caught up around week 6 or so. Small side colas at first and very slow flower production. But I will say once she did begin to flower the buds were fat, dense and the pistils were also very fat and thick.

No need to worry just yet imo

No worries. It does look like I'm running green lights, but it's all the fault of my dumb phone camera. It's nice to know that about the Dark Devil strain though. I was getting worried as the other two plants are really taking off and the Dark Devil is barely growing. I'm going to keep in mind what you just told me and keep working with her. I'm excited to find out what the strain tastes like.
