I have 2 seelings about 2 to 3 weeks old. Both have a couple spider mites on them. The seedlings have about 2 sets of leaves on them. My question is what can i do to get rid of mites on them without kiling the young seedlings?

Are you sure that they are spider mites? I would begin by spraying with a very light mixture of organicide or neem oil. Or dunking the whole plant in a bucket of water and neem oil and holding it there for about a minute. To do this take a piece of cardboard and cut a slit from the center to the outer edge which you can use to collar the plant at the pot so that soil does not fall out when you tip the pot upside down.

No problem. I have used this method many times with larger plants. Hopefully some more people post some more info for you. I only know what I have done myself.
