Ok what is going on with these Purple Widows, has anyone ever seen this before, it's like they're ducking away from the light.

They could be. Is the light too intense? What kind of light? How far from the plants?

There might be some coir in it, lots of peat, I gotta look it up and see what it is exactly. One of them popped back up overnight but the other two are still ducking, it's been two days now so I took emergency precaution and built the soil up around them to force them into the light.

that soil is toooooooooooo dry, they are thirsty. water until capacity i.e. when you pick up a handful and squeeze only a drop or two comes out

Ya it needs some water, and lighting isnt really important right now. also keep misting it and put a small breeze on it.
