Seedlings curling in rockwool

These seedlings were doing fine, then they just started curling up on me one day. I’ve tried giving less water, it hasn’t seemed to change anything. They’re on Athena blended. I feed them 2ml A & 2ml B (200ppm, PH5.8 as they are in week three. They seem stunted to me as well maybe? The most curled up one is also the one with the most sets of leaves, and actually has some 3-fingered leaves. The Oreoz strain seems to be the most affected, as the Penut Butter Breath and the Jealousy seem to tolerate more of whatever the problem may be.

EDIT: I have been using citric acid crystals as a PH down. I suspect that my PH may be drifting too much. I’m going to head to the hydro store and grab what Athena recommends.

Rockwool is difficult to master for someone with little exp. I would have chosen a diff medium. 5ph is pretty low. I'd be running like 5.5-5.8 on a timed drip. Goodluck
It was supposed to say 5.8
Typo...somehow it got turned into a emoji! Lol

Ph down is ph down. If your ph is gona swing it's due to the nutrients and buffers in the water.

Droop is caused by too wet or to dry
Pick one and resolve it
Edit
My first thought overwatered given the slow growth
What lighting are you using?
I’m using an Illumitex DS520
I decided to put them into the 6x6 Growdans, leaving the immediate pocket area dry so as to wick away any unwanted moisture from the seeking cubes. I am now programming my pump timer to keep a more consistent feeding schedule.
