Its my first time with autoflowers and I started 3x lemon haze all from the same pack of seeds, 1 is almost 3x as tall as the other 2, its not like skimpy and tall its perfect looking, even though all were planted using the exact same conditions. Is it common for some to be taller then others or are the smaller 2 weak. This is day 5 since breaking the soil. The tall one is 2.5 inches the others are 1 inch. The smaller look perfectly healthy just much smaller.

Yup its normal.
Much like kids in the same family...all very similar, but none the exact same...except once in awhile you'll get 'twins' that are much more matched.

Depends on how they were bred. In a given pack, there's different phenotypes. The physical expression of a genotype (plant’s genetic makeup) is referred to as a phenotype, which is simply defined as the traits that the environment pulls out from the plant’s genetic code. Everything from color, shape, smell, and resin production are affected by the environment.
Sounds like you're doing fine! Good luck!
