Seeds and Canadian Customs

I ordered some feminized seeds and they have been sitting in Canada Customs since Feb 11 with the following status:

International item arrived in Canada and will be reviewed by Customs

Has anyone had any experience with Canadian Customs? How long it takes to clear? Has anyone had any seeds confiscated? Any help is appreciated,

don't everyone answer at once now...

Sorry, I live south of you, and my beans sit anywhere from 3-10 days in customs at a time. Not sure about Canada at all.

Well not to be prude but, I live in Canada, what are you buying over the border ? Seed shops in every major city

I bought from Single Seeds Canada so I assumed it would be coming from Canada. I think it got shipped from the UK. Could have been the strain I chose, maybe was not in stock or something. Came to Canada via Royal Mail and has been sitting at customs ever since.

Just checked Canada Post website. My package is out for delivery and will be in my mailbox today!

Got my seeds last night. Came in a dvd case from world of seeds out of Amsterdam. Was marked as a dvd under description and as a gift so I didn't have to pay duty or customs charges. Worked out pretty well, the seeds were shipped quickly and made it to Canada fast. Just sat at customs for what seemed like forever. I would defnately recommend Single Seeds Canada.

How long was it in customs. Mine got to customs today...

Just a note on that company man
they are posers, i fell for it too, I thought i was buying from inside canada, i wanted to avoid customs
but it came from the UK "fucking endangering people for no good reason".
24 days in customs then got a letter of confiscation for imporint "Sced II Narcotics"
This was a year ago "about when this thread was made". Nothing else ever became of it.

Ill never forget it though, I thought I was in trouble with the man. a Scedule 2 narcodics confiscation isnt something you wanna see
