Idiots who haven't changed the tax regulations to meet up with reality of mmj in today's Canada. Who cares at this point wait 10 more days any it might not have to be changed anyways.that IS my point... why would they say you can claim if you are not allowed to grow and there are not any LP's selling seeds......yet
Seems more like 'forward thinking' or they're just idiots... lol

They must mean all the seeds that come loaded into the lp floor sweepings. My uncle has a jar of beans from greed.
When he called to complain about getting 10 plus seeds in one jar they told him those seeds were probably worth more than the bud anyway and to keep them just in case.
In case of what would have been my question but my uncle just laughed and switched lps.
