That is a good point but you are still creating a genetic bottle neck when you make feminized seeds and reducing the gene pool. This is an extremely short sighted view to take when breeding. You create an F1 generation. Where's the bottle-neck? In not having the male chromosome? If you make F2s or backcrosses you can do it with a male and a female just as well.
