Seeds held by canada customs Q.

the letter says:

Canada Border Services Agencyis currently in possession of a mail item addressed to you, which the contents is unknown.

We wish to examine the item, but the customs act prohibits us from opening mail items weighing 30 grams or less without your permission.

if we do not receive your permissions within 30 days, the mail item will be forwarded to Canada Post to be dealt with in accordance with the regulations.

do anyone have any idea what will happen with my package?

they will seize it and probably open it. I wouldn't respond to the letter and just take it as a loss.

Next time order from attitude

I'm willing to bet that there are so many seeds coming outta canada that their starting to crack down on it.

Uk I believe. I just got my seeds, 41 of them!

ok i think i might go with a canadian company this time if i can because i dont wanna deal with customs again lol

vancouverseedbank is in canada. Their prices are a bit high but they're in canada so no customs. Plus they have a lot of unique strains that I've never heard of from other banks.

I use attitude and have never had a problem, just us the stealth option. FYI, the first time I ever ordered seeds I used single seed canada, they are NOT in canada, they are actually in the UK as well. I ordered from them beacuse I thought they were canadian, the seeds came fine though. Check out Dr. Greenthumb out of Ontario, a little pricy but great genetics.

Actually compared to some other seed brokers here in Canada VSB has some reasonable prices, at least they are in the middle of my small list I posted. I have had great results and customer experience with VSB.

I just find that any of the canadian seed banks do not have the kind of variety I like to see, and the prices are a little high... I guess I am spoiled with Attitude's selection and pricing.

Where did you order your seeds from in the first place if you don't mind me asking?

I just reread it and CUSTOMS doesn't have it, someone else does. I would tell that place to fuck off and gimme my f'in package and keep their nosey ass's outta it.

amsterdammarijuanaseeds they offered to send me another order for another 15 euros just gonna go canadian instead cut my loss this time if it dont make it after the 30 days who knows but i doubt it lol... gonna check out VSB or someone for now..

What happened with the seeds finally? Did you get them from Canadian Post after the 30 without signature letter thing?
I have the same problem here. I also ordered from AMS. Do you think they will refund me?

I never did get them back and no refund just took a loss and ordered from VSB great service thanks for the input everyone��
