seeds in my buds ...

just like the title says, ive found seeds in some of the lower buds on the plants...

its the 6th week into flower with a 1 month veg time ...

genetics are bag seed ...


2 of the seeds may have come from a hermie plant ...Could that have caused the 1 other plant to turn hermie???
I cant seem to find nanners anywhere on the plants ...Ive heard that they can be hidden deep wiyhin the buds...

one time around the 3rd week into flowering i had to take the girls out of the dark during lights out to work on the room for about 20 minutes...Could that have caused enough stress???

It seems that the most of the seeds that i can see are on the lower buds...Doesnt look like there are any in the main buds...Though i know that there most likely inside of the buds ...DAMB!!!

Like i said This is my 1st grow and its all for personal smoke, not for sale ...
Would u just let them finish, its the 6th week into flower now. 2 of them look to be done around week 8 the other 1 looks to be atleast another month ...

THIS SUCKS...

Yeah, you had some pollen come from somewhere, whether from an unseen hermie, of a male outside, somewhere in your neighborhood(pollen can travel for a loooong ways, outdoors). I had to shut down completely, after having similar problems, and never finding the hermie. I bought new seeds and started over, after two runs got pollinated, and a herm was never found. My problem was definitely indoors though.

A female with seeds is not a hermie plant, not necessarily. It was however pollinated by a male flower sac, which may or may not have come from a hermie.

so what would u guys do? just let them finish out since ive allready put so much time and effort into this. Theres only 2-4 weeks left. This just sucks after all this time i thought everything was going good.

Can very low or very high temps cause stress and therefor seeds?

Grow it out man.

i guess thats what i get from using bagseed ...


do u really think that the buds are grown to there fullest potential with seeds in them ...
i've read that when seeds are being produced the plant puts alot of its energy into producing those seeds and not into producing the best fullest buds ...
to make a long ? short, do u still think it'll be as potent with the seeds???

Definitely finish it out. I just finished up my first grow from bag seed and got some beans myself. Yeah, sure its a bummer but it was sure a learning experience and the smoke turned out to be pretty damn good. It might not be as good as it would have been if not pollinated BUT now I got seeds and know how long the strain takes to finish if I should ever want to grow it again. Plus I got to see the trichs change from clear to cloudy to some amber and watch the buds develop into maturity. It's your first grow so ya may as well learn as much as you can from it and you may be pleasantly surprised with the smoke...Happy Growin!!!
