Hello all. very very new here, and happy to find this community.

what happens if seeds are stopped in customs? how can you get an address, other than home, to ship to? should I ship from Amst'dam or BC? I think i have payment firgured out.

Been loving the information here. I've searched but can't find much info on this.

Depends where you live , if you live in the US try to find a seed bank in the US , if you live in the UK try to find a seed bank in the UK , if you live in Canada , try to find a seed bank in Canada because that way your seeds won't pass through customs and don't do express shipping because your seeds will proibly go through customs if shiped express way

I'd never order seeds, because it's illegal and wrong. But if I did, this is probably what would have happened:

"I was super paranoid about ordering seeds online. I considered doing a bunch of "cloak & dagger" shit, but I was way too lazy & cheap to do any PO Box/phoney name stuff. Eventually I went "WTF" and just ordered.

I ordered from Goldenseed. I just picked them at random, first site I came across. (Others may be better).

I paid via PayPal account. I used my real name and my home address (I was hoping the Feds are too busy with terrorists these days).

They are in the UK and it took about 10 days to get the seeds. They sent me a small registered padded envelope. Inside was a xerox of an ultrasound of a fetus with a nice personal message on the back. The xerox was sandwiched between two pieces of cardboard. They packed all the seeds INSIDE the corrugated cardboard (inside the corrugation). They even gave me 5 free seeds of a new strain they were pimping.... FrostWreck

I had to sign for it from the mailman... which was disconcerting. I was waiting for a S.W.A.T. team to swarm as soon as I signed... but nothing happened.

It seems unlikely that customs would have reason to ever concern themselves with such a package.

So I'm 1 for 1."
