Seeds.......

Ok guys so i had 2 Female plants Northern Lights, one went hermie and decided to polinate my other Fem so i dashed the one that had polinated everything cuz it was a ruin. and im now left with a plant thats fine but seeding. Not loads mind but there is a few so i must of caught it quite early.

Now my question is are the seeds gonna be any good? all fem? all male? all hermie? etc etc

Yeah thats what i thought but i thought it was a female plant that polinated itself to make feminised seeds i wasnt sure if it counted the same for if it polinated another plant?

anybody got a decisive answer?

it will either be female or hermi.

hermi if the the mother was a hermi from seed !
female if you turned it into a hermi from stress !

not sure, have to grow em and flower em small

Grow em all. Even if you buy seeds from any seedbank you really cant expect all to be female...theres always a chance of one of the three i believe.

Well the one that went hermie n polinated the others was defo a female first!

For a good 6 weeks too maybe more, then when i went away at xmas my timer fucked up n left the light on for a matter of 8 or 9 days. Somehow only the one went hermie but that then in turn polinated the other 4. Needless to say that one was disposed of.

The ones that are left, one is fucked! another is a midget, one has a shit load of seeds on (the one thats been polinated) but seems to be very potent from the smell. And one is lookin fair good actually with minimal polination maybe 10 seeds on the whole plant and its actually the one that started up as a right mess lol

this is my first time ever trying to grow and i was just wondering what i should do???how far should i have put the seeds in and whats the best lighting for growing reggie

start your own thread in the newbie bit mate and there is lots of ppl that can help.

cool so i can expect mainly Fem's though.

yea you could expect fems but dnt be supprised if a hermi or male shows up

well you had a female herm pollinate another fem.... anything can happen prolly not get males but dnt be suprized if one shows up

To get feminized seeds you have to let your female plant grow past maturity (do not harvest it). It will then produce pollen. Use that pollen to pollinate another female. That is how to get feminized seeds. If I were you I would just hang on to those seeds and grow them.

I thought you could stress the female into hermie'ing and achieve the same result?

not to my knowledge, but I don't know everything. lol

Since you introduced the hermie gene to the off spring, some will be hermie, but this is the case with all feminized seeds.
