Seized seeds question????

Hello all, I just wanted to know if anyone ever had there beans taken and had them resent to the same name and address, and got them successfully?

That is not what I mean't, I mean't has anyone had there beans confiscated and had them resent because they got a guarantee from the seed bank, but had them sent to the same address with the same name.
