seizures

Hey,my friend wants to try the herb, but he has seizures and is afraid that marijuana might induce seizures.

Anybody ever hear of this before?

weed wont induce seizures...

i suffer from periodic seizures... take meds for them to keep them under control.. but have never had one that is related to or caused by smoking weed or being high... if anything smoking calms me down and helps to stop me from having them...

my friend texted me freakin out the other night cuz her friend was seizing on the ground after they just blazed a joint...

IMHO a good mature Indica would seem to me to help suppress seizures.

Essentially there has not been enough work done to confirm any therapeutic qualities of marijuana, but there seems to be a general concensus that it will not worsen or trigger seizures or seizure-like conditions. The studies are pretty interesting if you have the time.

I do have a personal feeling, however, that if science ever puts the effort into this research we will find some sort of therapeutic use for marijuana against epilepsy.

i wouldnt worry about marijuana inducing seizures ...but tell your friend NEVER TRY COCAINE...it will cause seizures

Not everyone has the same reaction & effects.Some can have seizures.But it actualy helps me from having seizures.I wakeup on my bed if I been smoking.If not im on the floor wakingup.
