"Self and Medical Marijuana Center"

Ok,
So once and for all I want to know the deal with this. Choosing "Self and MMC" on the state application form: DO YOU HAVE TO MAKE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE MMC AS TO HOW MANY OF THE 6 PLANTS THEY WILL GROW AND HOW MANY YOU WILL GROW....OR ARE YOU ALWAYS GOOD WITH 6 PLANTS AS A PATIENT?????

I know SoCoMMJ told us on here that you must make the agreement with the MMC about how many you will grow, and how many they will grow........but every single MMC (15 probably) that I have talked to about this now has said that I can alway grow 6 plants with NO agreement. So what is it?????

I know others must be frustrurated with this too. Anybody have any input on this matter?

Well, it looks like I just answered my own question. i just read that the patient and mmc or giver must COLLECTIVELY grow 6 plants.

SoCoMMJ- I should have never doubted you......and it sucks that every MMC I asked told me otherwise.

There is a lot of misinformation flying around out there. We pay a lot of money to lawyers to help us decipher those huge piles of crap that they call law.
Even knowing and following the law will not keep you out of trouble. 1/2 the time LEO and DA don't even know what the story is. Seriously...
