I'm about 2 weeks from harvesting and I was hoping someone can give me some info about selling back to the club. This is my first year growing and I just want to know how I can sell my buds back to the club in a proper manner.

you need to speak with the club you intend to deal with. some clubs only buy on certain days. some will only buy large amounts. and some require varied paperwork. make your rounds and speak with them about purchasing your crop.

I wouldn't bother. Been doing work with them for years and unless you really get your foor in ther door you will be jerked around a lot.
Your best best is get acquainted in a club. Buy a couple things there, mingle with the people, ya know make a name for your self.
Then drop your product on them :-D that's how i started, then that dispensary refereed me then that one refereed me and so on.

I'd hold off a minute until we see what the Feds have in mind on tomorrow's news conference. There have been many stings here in So Cal targetting vendors as we walk through the front door with out backpacks.

Yeah I was going to make a trip to my local dispensary today but I think that I am going to hold off till we get a better idea of what's really going on out there.

Yeah Im just now ending my first grow and wanted tips on selling to dispensary, sadly I dont think that will ever happen. LOL pounds of cherry pie kush hidden under my bed for years. Yes I am very paranoid as Ive never grown before and never smoked before 6 mos ago!

Medical Marijuana (MOD)
letters were sent out to the club owners to shut down.. now every one is going to have lots and lots of meds on hand with no clubs to off them to.. whats nevt for us medical marijuana patiants, a major restriction in plant limits... yep im sure thats coming next. no matter how what we do or how many votes are in our fovore, the gov. will always win...

I know the owner of a couple of clubs, and they have a hard time managing everything and staying out of jail.

I mean, they are really watching their backs. There are already plenty of volume players, they don't want to meet anyone new.

If you have a lot extra, convert it into oil or something, make mediables.

Good Luck :joint::peace:

If this is ur first grow DO NOT SELL to the club! Most likely they will not want it or will make u an offer thatt will make u wanna cry.

Depending on how much u got. Try to push it around to ur friends and what not or just keep it. Clubs buy either really cheap mids and super dank top notch shit, but still do not pay over 3 a lb for top shelf. So wouldn't recommend it man

I vend to one guy that owns 12 dispensaries in so cal. He hasn't heard anything from anyone. It's business as usual there. He's real straight laced with his deals, though. All payments are checks written out to my collective's name, and followed by a big fat 1099 each year. It's a pain in the ass, and paying the self employment and income taxes sucks, but these are the guys that have the best chance of survival. The ghetto clubs are first on the chopping block.

The delivery services I do business with are fine, too. Most of them are under the radar enough to avoid attention. The ones I know were big dealers back in the day, and just changed business models to be 215 compliant. They already had the clients, so no advertising was needed. Here in my county, it's the advertising that puts the bull's eye on the delivery services.

All in all, it looks like they're going for the easy kills. Like a lion targetting the lame antelopes. Going after clubs near schools and parks garners public support. And Steve DeAngelo is going to have a hard time not showing a profit with his volume of sales. They want the easy busts. The shady clubs that will be easy to prosecute, and won't stir up too much trouble with the public. We'll be meeting with out attorney next week to fine tune the paperwork and make sure we're compliant. Needless to say, he's working some overtime these days. I believe if we all just stay smart, stay compliant, don't take stupid chances, and DO NOT make ANY new contacts, we'll be fine.

Stay safe out there. And always remember: Being paranoid will give you something to be paranoid about. Stay fucking calm.
