Semi organic soil

Well i wanna make soil with what i have on hand and maybe a little bit more. i have horse manure and field dirt. ive heard pond dirt/mud is really rich but im not sure...anyone? i wanna use vermiculite and or perlite. any suggestions?

use the perlite. You really need mulch or "cook" any manures before you use them. the older the better.
