Setting up a tent

So i'm going to be getting a 3'x3' grow tent that's 6ft tall

I'm currently working out of a 2'x4' room I built that's 6ft tall also

My big question is that the room I work out of now got so hot that I had to remove the door, can anyone tell me the best way to keep the tent temperature down?

Are there any specific problems that anyone has run into with working out of tents?

Vent outside or ac. My 600 in a tent that size has to vent out or it just sucks warm air and heats it. Can you make it pull cool air from somewhere?

I have 2 tents, one for veg and one for flower...the flower tent is a 400w CMH light and it has a carbon filter with 3 nline duct fans used for various applications..both tents are the same size. they are a little over 5 ft tall and 4 ft wide and 2 ft deep I think those are the measurements, anyway..the flower tent stays around 70 something degrees, but it gets cold enough during the night to show some nice fall colors towards the end of the plant's growth...anyway, the veg tent stays way too hot, unless I leave the door open...which I do...I know I need to have something exhausting the hot air out...but I am lazy and cheap, so opening the tent flaps is a great way for me to keep the temp no greater than 80..
I figure it makes sense and should be alright that the veg tent is like summer time while the flower tent is always like fall...

haha That's the EXACT same problem I had with the room I built, I had plenty of fans, but they were just blowing around hot air...I will definitely be drilling some ventilation holes in that once the girls are out...

My ultimate goal is to have the small room I'm working out of now turn into a veg room, and have the tent be the flower room

The tent is going to be set up inside a room so i think the best idea is probably to run a duct that pulls air from outside the window, and hopefully one that can expell hot air out of the tent also...Setting up venitilation is all new to me, can you recommened a good sized fan for a 600w set up?

Also, the building next to the window i plan to vent out of has windows that face so that people will be able to see the vent's if they are hanging outside, is there anyway to conceal them? maybe disgusie them as an A/C system or something?

Thanks for the help!

I had bad issues with my 6x6x6 tent... actually will be re-doing things very soon!.... Dont know if this will help but what I'm doing is venting out my window and to keep suspicion down i'll be creating a "frame" to set in (snug so i dont have to screw into walls) the window frame and then putting plywood up with a sheet on the other side so it just looks like theres a sheet or curtain there. Along with a portable a/c that I'll be venting that into the same exhaust vent (tapping into it so i dont have to create more holes in the plywood and attach it to that!) my temps litteraly hit 107 one day with my room door closed. Stayed consistent with ac runing door open tent open and fans at 80-86 but sucked cause the rest of my apartment was hot or atleast warm. So that needless to say is very inconvenient!

I see my apartment inspection as a disguise cause it got rid of all my flowering plants and lets me shut down the 600 and start working on things before I go and start flowering and there ok since there relocated!
