Setup suggestions

Hi

I’m planning to run three autos in 11L pots in 80cmx80cmx160cm tent. Im planning to use spider farmer se3000 led I’m just wondering what size of ventilation I need. I’ve got 6 inch from previous run that I had in slightly bigger tent but I’m actually thinking about 4inch as 6 was sucking the walls in on my previous run and the tent I had was 120x120x180 so I was thinking to get 4 inch for this one

Any suggestions ?

also do u think that LED be ok for this size of tent ?

300w for 6.8 square feet of space ... that's good.

Those might be a bit small. I tried my first LED grow in 12L pots and the root ball was really compacted and root bound by the end. Suggest using minimum 20L/5G pots to avoid root binding.

You want your tent to slightly suck in I run a 6 in in a 3x3 and 8in in 4x4. Their a little much but I never have to run them over 4. In the longevity of equipment not running them 3 quarters or full blast has to help. I use a 4in for a 4x3 I dry in running at 1.

Personal preference then I dont see my tents exchanging all the air every 2 to 3 minutes if it's not pulling hard enough to suck in on the tent a little bit. During veg I hardly use inline this mostly applies for flower.

Right, what about the LED lights? Any recommendations for my setup? I read quite a lot reviews and spider farmer se3000 seems to be quite reasonable for the space I’ve got however I don’t know if I need such a expensive light for the setup I’ve got so I’m open to any suggestions

Some people swear by spider farmer or most of the mars hydro. I've not used a fc SERIES from Mars but I probably would. Never would I buy a spider farmer at this time. Those new bar lights they have may be okay idk. I wasted over a grand on bs lights until I finally saved up and spent a grand on one light. Light after growers knowledge is the most important part of the grow. you'll only need around 150 watts. 2x2= 4 150 ÷ 4 = 37 watts a sqft. Any more than that you may run into light issues like over 200 watts idk tho I know I tried running 720 watts in a 4x4 with a ROI-e720 from growers choice for 45 watts a sqft that was too much. 30 watts a sqft is minimum youd want with a quality led.

If this fits it's what I'd get, its dimmable if you cant use the 200 75% of 200 is 150 watts.

Personal preference tho you'll get a bunch of different opinions

Hlg ( horticultural lighting group ) was my other suggestion however they dont make a light imo for a 2x2 area. They have 45 65 100 watts then I think it goes to the what 150 watt saber which I dont think would be efficient in a 2x2 after that the rspec which is 300watts. Really only option from hlg for a 2x2 is diy. If op would be up to that, but that's why I didn't suggest hlg.

Or I was thinking about going with even smaller tent, them autos are pretty small I’ve just finished 10 in bigger tent so I’m thinking that maybe it’d be good to get 60cmx60cm tent and run three with 150w led

Be hard to fit 3 of those in a 2x2 maybe in small pots but small pots equal small plants. If you're going to grow and you can grow bigger by doing everything you do anyways just larger pots why grow small. Autos you'll only get 4 to 6oz anyways 100-120 days for less with all the work money and effort that goes into growing 2 or 3 ozs wouldnt be worth it especially being only due to pot size. Of course you can train or what not but its hard getting 4 five gallons in a 3x3 with humidifier and fans. Imo 2x2s are only good for drying, mother plant and breeding or making seeds. Unless you only have space for a 2x2 and plan on running 1 photo period wall to wall

2x2 are not made for flowering, they're for clones and seedlings.
I personally wouldn't go smaller than your original idea.

As for extraction, it depends on your climate, if your in a cold area youl need less air exchange , a warmer area will need more air exchange.

If you've got a 6" use it and add a variac speed controller.

Right so probably what I’m gonna do is get 80cmx80cm tent and do 3 in there, I’ll probably keep my 6 inch for now I’ve got speed controller n that. As for the light I might actually go with your suggestions instead of getting spider farmer one.
