My sister has that, it sucks. They got her on some heavy duty pain meds. What sucks is there is no cure, Hope it is something else. Cause I been taking her to UCSF hospital and they have been running all kinds test and we are going from one doctor to another. These has been going on for a couple years First step is to get checked out by a doctor. Wish u the best. Chronic pain is the worst.

if tmj is from grinding teeth..why can't they give your sis a mouth guard?
