Severe RDWC Nutrient Issues

Current Nutrient and Water Info
Plants 13 Days old from seed
Strain GG#4 Autoflower
PH 5.8 PPM
Temperature 68 DF
Dissolved Oxygen content is at 8.8 mlg/liter
Water Base is 260 PPM Well Water
PPM 610 PPM with the base add in, without it added in it is 350 True PPM
Lights- Nextlight Mega Hanging at 48 Inches from plants
Grow Room Temp- 72 DF Constant
Air Circulation is Constant 4 20 inch fans
CO2 is Constant at 1500 PPM

I use Canna Aqua
I use Cal Mag Max
I use Hydro Gaurd
I use Sulfuric Acid, diluted of course for PH down.
Roots look great, nice and white
I started them with canna start with a PPM of 300 and they exploded into amazing growth. 2 days ago I changed the reservoir due to some algae build up and cleaned the system with 3 percent peroxide at a very strong dilution and then refilled and added hydroguard. My system is RDWC I have baffles that control the water depth in the pipe currently at 40 percent capacity in the pipes or about 1.75 inches deep. My system holds 210 gallons at this capacity and continually recirculates and dissolves oxygen into the water. My pump runs the system at 40 GPM flow rate. I have the ability to grow 370 plants in my system in a 200 sqft area. I am growing mother plants for clones for the sea of green technique but figured I would grow some autos while I veg my moms. That being said my plants have started to look like they were having some cal mag issues, so I added some cal mag. No change. Checked PH looked good. Checked PH pen it was off about .3 so I calibrated it and broke out my bluelab gaurdian and now my PH is at a stable 5.8. I thought I might have broad mites, I sprayed Spinosad and I did find a small and I do mean very small outbreak of thrips. They are dead now.
Over the last 12 hours I have literally watched many of my plants go from semi healthy to looking like they are in severe phosphorus, calcium or magnesium deficiency. I have never had this issue. I have treated for bugs, mold and mildew as a precaution. I have check the PH every 30 minutes and PPM. No changes. I have calibrated and used my three meters all the same readings. Water Temp, same. Dissolved Oxy same. Room temp, same. No changes other than my plants just keep getting worse.

Issues I have considered then asked myself why based on previous information.
PPM to high- Why then did they explode at almost the same PPM when they were seedlings.
Pests- Treated for that and found a few thrips. they are dead now. I am going to spray spinosad once a day for the next three days
Diseases I have sprayed for those too and will do so for the next three days. I have found no molds or mildews or anything though.

Last thought am I not feeding them enough or am is my solution too hot?

Hit me with any ideas, at this point I don't know if I should take my system out into the back yard and put it out of my misery.
If anyone has a nutrient guide that they have used growing autos in RDWC please share! any advice is much appreciated!
Thank you I know its a bit of a read! 20190825_185735[1].jpg 20190825_100801_HDR[1].jpg 20190825_185834[1].jpg

Thanks! I will check it out! Looks like I may need to change the rez and start with as little pom as possible! Hell it can't hurt! Off to empty and clean my rez and start fresh with PH water.
Good plan. When in doubt, change the rez. Your numbers are good. Your plants should be fine. So what's the problem then? Looking at the pics, my gut says they are deficient in whatever the chart I'm too lazy to look at tells me. Possibly locked out by PH out of range. Your meter says it's fine, I don't trust 'em myself so maybe, maybe not. They could be stressed from all the spraying and the spraying leached nutes out of the leaves. I don't think you need that much air circulation yet. If you're adding CO2 I didn't think you wanted air circulation. I dunno much about that. That's just my .03

Thank you for the info. I believe you are onto something about the spraying. I will hold off until they get better. Just finished rez change and I dropped the nutes down to 350 total. Actual is 90 ppm. I need to get RO setup going.

Once you see the pH start back up.. Increase your PPM's 50 at a time. Good Luck!
Just an update for you. The nutrients were about 100 ppm to high and the reason I was able to run a higher PPM in the begging was due to the first nutrients I used being a different composition of percentages in the nitrogen area. The regular Canna Aqua has alot more nitrogen that the canna start nutes. so I was cooking the shit outta them. All has stabilized and the plants unloaded as soon as the PPM was dropped. The PH went up significantly over the course of about 4 hours Now the ppm has gone down and the water level has gone down and the PH is static. Looks like I need to do just what you said. Increase about 50 ppm!
Thank you for the help! The plants are perked up and growing again!

They make nutrients for hard water. Check em out if you continue to get issues and look into testing your water. Too much Ca and Mg can lock out other nutrients
