SHIT, only 1 plant left (pics to come)

a bagseed crop of about 15 plants, the spot was muddy and really damp but had lots of plants/ moss growing at the shore line of this marsh/ grow pit. after 2 days of continous rain (go CANADA) and not being able to reach them for 2 weeks after the rain fall (2 hours out of town) i find 1 plant left. its laying on the grownd and is barely elevated but the stem is strog and its on its second set of leaves.

is there hope for this plant?

should i relocate spots?

Sounds to me like you do if only 1/15 lived....You need to find some where dry enough where when it rains it wont drown the poor things
