I think you might actually be good, it comes down to possession. If you were not there when it happen it might be harder for them to prove it was yours. I know this sounds crazy but there are many possible Variables that might make it to hard for them to actually prosecute you, and considering that Detroit and many other cities in. Michigan police are extremely under staffed.

But I definitely wouldn't be sticking around. I'd move out of state making it even harder to prosecute.

Is it signed by a prosecuter or judge? Post it! If your lawyer is worth his salt he would have checked. It wasn't a court appointed lawyer was it?

Update! Been away awhile,been terribly depressed lately and haven't posted shit since this carp went down.lawyer thinks I'm looking at a 120 hours of community service with a 2-5 year stay of adjudication! I'll take it! Can't imagine not ever being able to have my guns again! First court date is Jan 13th,being charged as felony cultivation ..
This whole experience has been very humbling, went from being scared to angry. it's a F'ing plant! I love my state geographically but politically I want to leave! Time to start planning..

Thanks for sharing cause I've been debating what to do myself. I want to grow but, I can feel all the circumstances of why I shouldn't. I'm really considering doing the ole move myself and selling off everything and getting out of dodge. Make a new life somewhere else. It's really nice and cozy where I am but damn, and I got a mouthy ex on me too.....

Time to sober up, get back in shape and start planning I suppose.

Damn that sucks. I live in a bad neighborhood. Shootings all the time cops around all the time. Scariest time ever. I hear the cops on a bullhorn calling the people right next door out of the house. Thought were calling my address at first. At like 4 in the morning. Had dogs, a jeep with a turret on it and like 3 vans. And I had like 8 plants flowering upstairs. Whew, scary. Last week had cops knock on my door. Someone got stabbed outside of my house and they were looking for the knife. Had a police dog right on my porch. Had 5 plants flowering upstairs. And 9 vegging downstairs. Scary as fuck. Ive been growing in this house for 3 years at this point. Haven't got catch yet. Gods on my side I guess. I'm moving to Colorado in about 8 months bc I don't wanna push my luck much farther. Hope it stands the test of time I have a clean record. I'm all indoors tho. Sucks to hear they found your plants. Shit luck, blessings to ta brah.

to help u out man ..........the lawyer will love it
1 u need to do rehab or do a intake to a rehab ( i did this for my case last year the lady so so fucking cool she wrote a letter to the lawyer and judge telling them that her medical opinion is i am not a addict and have a medical need for it ) .....that one act saved my ass in court 1 year unsupervised probation ending on jan 27
2 u need to head to a head shrink ........mental health dept and start that crap (everyone is fucked up in their eyes and needs some pills ) so they will find something ......in doing this it gives u a medical reason to use weed ......this can help lessen what they are going to give u
3 practice your wording ( this was all for personal use not selling or given away ......personal use to lessen the cost it for u ) ....u never sold or gave it away it is all yours ....u told no one about it no one help u .........u need to have it down like second nature like the truth .....ask your lawyer to go over the ?s u might possible have to answer if u take the pled deal
4 when u are given a chance to talk u tell the judge as soon as this punishment is over u plan to leave the state for a legal one so u are in compliance and medical treated
5 when it sentence time have as many family and friends there to show u have a large group of ppl supporting u (sucks asking buddies to go to court but it makes a big impact on the judge seeing 2/3 rows of ppl there for u )

i have been tho the court system since i was 13 .......what i told u can help lessen anything possibly coming

You know, a felony is a very serious crime that hurts someone.

The idea that you can be charged for one while growing a medicinal plant tells me everything I need to know about the Fascist State of Amerika. I should know- mine is about 25 years old now.
