Got new LEDs coming this way with some ladies already vegging.. would the switch shock them too much? Or just wait until new clone cycle to use the LEDs?

Anytime you change light source you should acclimate the plants to the new type of light gradually

.

If it were the olden days and you were switching from MH to HPS you wouldn't give it a second thought.

Switch them when available.

I agree, most I might do is start a foot higher for the first day then drop the light. I take my veg plants and introduce them to flower with light cranked all the way up. I just don't drop the light I let them reach for it and get acclimated that way.

My last grow I switched from a cmh 315 to an hlg 350r. I didn’t know much about using it at the time, so I ran it full power, and started to get foxtailing, so be aware of that.
