what up guys not a total noob just having some problems cant figure out , I transplanted 2 week clones 6 Bullrider(hybrid) , 2 Bull Dream(H,Sativa), 2 God Gift(H,Indica) veg/rooted in party cups with happy frog soil under T5s 100 watts . On monday night transplanted clones in ground patio plus from home depot its kinda like ocean forest fox farm, with 20% perilite mix and all the way in bottom put about 4 cubic feet in bottom of 2 trenches i made 10"W 10"D by 52"L manure to loosen hard soil in bottom Temps are 70/40,6 hrs direct sunlight . PROBLEM: About half (6plants) are still droopy and all of them looked at first like Nitrogen burn then slowly started looking like Heat/light strees, but now im thinking that its a simple ph problem caused nutrient lock-out , and for the drooping plants there still bouncing back from transplant and coping with the cold. Also it seems like bull rider is having the tougher time copping cuz the gods gifts leaves are nice and V shaping.

I forgot to add im using tap water and its usually Hi about 7.5 ,i was thinking of flushing it out with phd water at 6.8 then to 6.5 . Yea i was thinking of putting em in 3 gal pots with better soil, my brother has the same mix in 5 gal his are better than mine but has a few leaves here and there on his plants as well, his gods gift are up like mine and bull rider look a bit droopy as well , do you think its a PH problem ?

thats also what i was thinking , well wont get to get the ph down till tomorrow (ran out) and ill flush them whith ph water, whatever it is should play out i hope wish i knew exactly what it was, if its not ph or burn then im guessing bleaching as well.

Also the plants drooping could it be from still being in transplant shock or copping with the cold?

Sun scalded. Just like when you go outside the first warm day of Spring, get drunk, and take your shirt off and blister your lily white ass.

haha thanx man yea now that im looking/thinking about it ,looks like the sun was just too much for the lil girls , 100watt t5s to the powerfull sun lol, i know any kind of stress messes up growth , but being that technically there flowering now, do you think it drastically messed up my yield? or should they bounce back soon and continue there stretch and flowering Ok ?

Also just checked on em and only 4 of them are droopy , are they just still recovering/copping ?

did you harden off the plants before you planted them outside? not doing so can cause major stress and the plants aren't used to the higher intensity of light and usually go bonkers.

Also, pic 1 is classic signs of being under water'd.

No doubt, yes. Look into hardening off for the next time so you don't make the same mistake! otherwise, good luck!

Drastically is a relative term. I'd have liked them to get the size of a big basketball since you had some outdoor room to bloom, before trying to get them to flower.

Yeah you undoubtedly set them back a bit but not much to do about it at this point. They still have good potential, live and learn.

Hardening off is just slowly acclimating your plants to the outdoor light and a full blast of UVs. Takes about a week at most.

Just put them in partial sun for a day or two then increase the ammt of sun they get every day.

Lately it as been and will be cloudy days thank god, when they were first out they were being blasted. as for the droopy plants could it be to still being in shock? because the day after i planted them they were ALL droopy and slowly 1 by 1 they were bouncing back as the day passed but the 1 in the pic specifically , has made no improvment since day 1

Not sure of your predicament. Sunscald can definitely and will cause drooping. And particular individual plants can be more susceptible than others. Like start 5 beans of the supposedly same strain... you can for sure get an offball that does not match up with the rest.

problem solved ! thanx man well since this thread is up already i will post progress pics to see how much i get out of em. I think gods gift was more suscptible maybe being because there indica dom maybe ?

you think 20 grms a plant is realistic? there topped and about a foot should top out to around 30 inchs blue dream for sure will be 30"

So all plants seem to be responding with flush and luckily for me there are and is parly cloudy days this week, so they wont get to much of the suns UVs i shouldve harden em first they got some heavy bleaching , again all plants look better. 1 is still not doing Anything??took some shots right now. NOTE all plants looked like the first and are now bouncing back transplanted outside to bloom monday night.

1st n 2nd pic bull rider ,still adjusting coming along,except 1

what up guys thought the plants would be used to the sun by now its been 8 days now since transplant, they got a bit more bleached yesterday.. 1 of the first thing i learned about transitioning them from indoor to outdoor was to keep em potted in the shade , but thinking the temps are low 65-72 theyd be good...Wrong the UVS are too strong lol PALM TO FACE! all plants especially gods gift are bouncing back but that 1 plant has made now progress since transplant??Suggestions any1? i know its shock from light or transplant but its been a lil over the week good thing is i got cloudy/rainy days these next 3 days,so hopefully theyll recover and be ready for some sun sat
