Shop lights

Hey folks,

just getting back into it, got a place where I can run a veg and flower room both huge and in the attic, questions are should I realistically just veg in the closet and run 2 flower rooms? Also I came across some cheap shop lights 6 footers, 4 sets, are these cool to start veg with?

Shop lights work great for veg,dont let anyone tell you different.

I use 4 ft shop lights that have a chrome tread finish with 40W t8's for veg. The plants absolutely love them. Personally I think it's about the best type of lighting you can get for seedlings and early veg. You can put them within a couple inches with no issues. If the plants grow into the lights before you can move them, no harm done.
