Your QB fixture should have enough 'oomph' to get the job done.
I'd concentrate of maintaining an even canopy. I find that my plants seem happiest when those fixtures are 15-24" above the canopy.

I just spent 2 hours this morning to try to get it even.. the White widow and the GSC stretch is crazy.. I need to scrog them like ropes all over the net.
I wonder if there is any way to slow the stretch of the few first days of the flip.
Its hard to scrog 3 plants in this small tent.. I need a bigger tent or to go with one plant.
Actually I started with one pant, but didn't go well, start another, died, I got crazy and started few seeds in different soils. The soil was the issue and the new one that I used with the new soil came up great, so now I have 6 plants, 2 in the basment, one micro grow in a closet, and 3 in the tent.. and that after throwing away 3 plants.
next time, wider tent (3X2) and 2 plants top.
2 x 2 = 4 sqft
150 / 4 = 37.5 watts per sqft

The old light is heavy and big and cause heat and if its not that needed I will pass this time.
