Should I bring into flower or wait?

This is my first legit grow (it's been a slow process since September) and am now making it to the flower stage, I just wanted a few peoples opinion on whether or not my plants are ready to flower.

Here's what they look like:

They are all clones from a Super Silver Haze (Green House) and a Pineapple Chunk (Barney's Farm), unfortunately I had to get rid of the mothers :(

They are approximately 3 weeks old. The one 3rd from the right is a week younger than the rest. While I was in the cloning process I read up about how the Pineapple Chunk strain is unstable and the yields are terrible, so I trashed a chunk and took another SSH.

The tallest one is 16".

So far their nute regiment goes as follows:
Week 1 - Tap Water in Res, with Schultz African Violet top feed concoction (I was an idiot and bought enormously deep net pots so it takes FOREVER for the god damn roots to come down)

Week 2 - 350ppm Mix of FF Growbig\Bonticare Aquafresh\Superthrive (I put the one in the silver bucket at 500ppm just to see if it could handle it, and it did)

Week 3 - 500ppm mix of FF Growbig and Big Bloom\Bonticare Aquafresh (3:1 ratio of Growbig to Big Bloom)

I want to bring them into flower but I am not sure their yield will be what I want it to. (I'm shooting for 1oz-1.5oz a plant). Should I wait another week and up the nutes so side branch growth is more vigorous?

They are growing extremely fast. Practically a foot in two weeks.

i would wait for sure if you have the head room. that strain is gonna get tall. a few more weeks veg and the branch growth should be much more substantial. your gonna want stronger stems before flowering to be able to support a decent yield.
