Should I flower yet??

Hey guys, first time grower, this pant was from bag seed and has been vegged out for almost 4 weeks now. It has alternating nodes and it's about 7in tall and 8 in wide. I Vegged it under a t5 HO flo. It has great root structure and will be transplanted from a 1qt container to a 2 gallon tomorrow. Small closet grow, so space is limited.. So my question is, when should I start to flower this baby????

I would not transplant and then flower instead i would transplant and let the roots develop for another week or two with moderate watering. This gives the plant time to adjust from the SHOCK that it receives when being transplanted, so id say transplant wait two weeks or one depending on how the transplant goes and then hit flower. Please don't flower right after unless you want the plant to focus its energy into the roots and not the buds :), cheers and nice grow for first time.
