Should i get a 400watt hps or a 120watt led?

which light should i get? i want to grow some auto flowers so which light would get me the most bud

That's a bad LED system. A 400w HID will work much better for you. If you want to go with LED make sure to get a really nice (really expensive) one - makes a huge difference. Cheap HID vs expensive HID isn't that big of a difference but with LEDs it really does.

Get a 400w or 330w ceramic metal halide for HPS ballast. Its hps and mh in one bulb. Can use for both veg and flower. Burns much cooler then hps or mg. Brought my temps down 5 farenheit.
