Should I harvest now?

In the last pics they still don't look close to ready. Only the trichs will tell. Be patient. I think the few bananas you saw were due to the 10-12 days of starvation / early flush, way high stress at a critical time. Most of the coloring looks like several different micro-nute deficiencies. Most notably S and Mn. You can tell because they are high up on the plant where they would have been deposited if they were available. If it starts low on the plant and moves up it's usually a macro-nute which is mobile in the plant.
Just for future reference, VERY few strains are ready at eight weeks. Regardless of what the breeder advertizes, 9 - 10 weeks is normal for most hybrids. Sativa doms will be longer and of course indica doms may be a little shorter. As in all things with indoor growing, your results may vary. Hope this helps.

Thank you for the good advice.

Well one looks a bit unwell. The leaves near the buds are almost crisp and the buds feel fairly dry to the touch. This is on the plant that looks like it has a deficiency.

Im not sure if I should just cut them down now. Although the one with the crisp discolored leaves looks almost done.

Thanks

This is always the frustrating part, seed bank says 8 weeks, then they go a week past this then another week and so on. Looking at your latest pics I would say they have another 2 weeks to go. This is where you need to be very patient, believe me though the extra wait will be well worth it. Been at this point myself loads of times. If you need some smoke I would chop a couple buds off now and let them dry, will be ok by xmas day to smoke. Nice grow, I think you flushed a bit early but hey, cant beat experience. Just make sure you have plenty of air flow around the bud sites.
