If its your only plant let it ride and mature, if it hasnt dropped pollen and seeded your other plants(if any) get rid of it now. If it has dropped pollen, its hard to say, if its all dropped i guess there wont be any more damage, but i hate hermies if they arent the only one.

are there seeds already? if no i'd pull it . it looks like you got some sugar on those leaves already.
i let a hermie go on my last grow and it got so many seeds it was worthless.
i also had a hermie that i picked before it seeded and it was a little bit more manageable.

i dont think i'm keeping any more hermies the pollen some how spread to few buds on other plants in my crop. i think it must have traveled on my hands because the hermie was in another room.

I have 3 other plants, that are a bit shorter but fuller than this one!

There is a couple of "pods" open but I can't tell if it hit any other plants... I think I'll just cut it down and dry it just to be safe...

Done!

Just got done trimming it and hanging to dry, Hopefully it didn't affect any of the other plants.
