i'm ocd, i count everything. how long water runs to fill a measuring cup, how many swallow per cup of drink, how many steps to the car door, how many seconds i hold my breath when smoking, how many drags per cigarette, etc. i live with it and it doesn't bother me. other people only know if i slip and tell them i need 40 water (water runs for 40 seconds). a couple of people have noticed i always take 8 gulps of drink at a time...

accept it and thrive. obsessive and compulsive aren't the worst qualities in the world.

I have noticed that a lot of people in todays world suffer loopiness. Most are paranoid schitzotypal personality disorder.
That's where a person is always coming up with stuff that ain't happening anywhere but in their mind but the victim believes these delusions without doubt.
It is in my opinion that septic poisoning and other bio-toxins are the underlying cause of a lot of loopiness. The excrements from some of these tiny creatures test like speed but won't senthisize like street speed does(chemical imbalance). I have witnessed many people go loopy, get sick and later die.
Most people are born normal. IMO the answer to many health problems is extreme oral hygiene, proper diet and excercise. You can't have good mental health if your body suffers underlying health problems:)

Shit reading your story may have made me realize something about myself.
Im really funny about not wearing any ''outside'' clothes or shoes in the house and dont feel nice when others come in my house with their outside clothes and sit on my sofa and shit. Go put your fucking bacteria elsewhere you dickhead!
Im almost like oliver wendell douglas in green acres i have an outfit for everything, one to work outside, one to take care of plants, one for just being outside and another for in the house. And i change clothes everytime i get in and out of the house even if just to throw rubish out.
But then i hate cleaning and do so very infrequently or hardly ever at all. But then whenever my cat manages to escape outside i clean his paws before bringing him in.
