should i scrog train my plants to 100 percent then flip to 12/12?

i heard people tell me to flip when screen is 80% full. bu what if i vegged til 100% then flipped and deal with the stretch then? would this allow me more buds? cause i see with most scrogs that the buds are small little almost popcorn like buds.. i wonder if doing this will get me more yield?

This totally depends on how much your plants stretch once flowering is enduced. A stretchy plant will fill the screen no problem when flipped at 80%. Strain dependent. Indicas generally dont stretch as much and I would flip at 90%. Sativa tend to stretch a lot. You need to know your plants which is why running them a few cycles is best

im growing hawaiian snow and super lemon haze. the scorg table is at 3 feet from ground. at 8 feet. minus light and distance able to place from lights which is 2 feet together. id say i got 2 feet to work with in stretch. my question is does letting it strech a bit allow more bud sites on each cola?

its gonna stretch whether you "let" it or not.
