So I my baby is lookin pretty 1 week old and 4 sugar flowers started:) it looks as if she is tilted a little so my question is should I splint my plant up or wait a little? And if so what's the best method to splint?

Usually that's not necessary with a fan on them, but if you do splint, a good one is a 1" piece of cut straw, split sown the middle so you can insert the stem inside. Pack some dirt around the bottom of it and off you go.

I would agree with the fan. Also check to make sure the plant isn't leaning towards the light. If so just rotate the plant.
