Should I take off the tissue around the peal pallets when I put them into a rockwool?

leave it on, the roots will grow straight down thru the bottom thru the fabric, relax, enjoy, read, learn!! god luck bro, holler for help!!

if the roots are already growing through the fabric leave it on, if the roots havnt gone through yet you might as well take it off, no point making the roots job any harder.

thx for the help guys... when do u think I should transplant the pallets into larger rockwool? Its been 4 days that I put germinated seeds in it and Im putting it under light for20hours on 4hours. I still cant see roots coming out of the pallets although the plant is 4 cm high...

Waiting to transplant is only really relevent in a soil/coco medium, where you are waiting for the roots to use up as much of the space as possible before giving them more room to roam. If this is a hydroponic grow then it's not necessary, and they can be transplanted whenever really.

thx dude :) One last question :p should I take off the plastic thing that's around the large rockwool cubes ?
