should i transplant up or do they want nutes?

I have a few bag seeds and some tga seeds I started a few weeks back they are all in 1 gal pots under a couple of t5s. Temps are right around 70 humidity varies between 40 and 60 generally. There is some slight lightening on a few of the bag seeds that is starting on the edges of the leaves. I'm wondering if I should transplant to 2gallon containers or should I feed them some high nitrogen nutes any advice is appreciated. I have pics I just dont know how to post from my phone.

Wait until they are rootbound.
